To maintain a safe and lawful marketplace, the following items are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or exchanged on our platform. Any violation may result in listing removal, account suspension, or legal action.

1. Illegal or Restricted Items

• Stolen property or items acquired through illegal means
• Counterfeit currency, stamps, or financial instruments
• Unauthorized government-issued documents (passports, IDs, licenses)
• Unlicensed weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Illegal drugs, substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Prescription medications, controlled substances, or medical devices requiring a prescription
• Items that violate intellectual property laws (counterfeit goods, pirated software, unauthorized replicas)

2. Hazardous or Dangerous Items

• Hazardous chemicals, poisons, or toxic substances
• Radioactive materials or biological agents
• Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials
• Recalled items or defective products posing safety risks

3. Human-Related Items

• Human organs, tissues, or body parts
• Blood, sperm, or other bodily fluids
• Surrogacy or adoption services
• Human trafficking or slavery-related items

4. Wildlife & Animal Products

• Endangered species or their parts (ivory, rhino horn, shark fins, etc.)
• Live animals or pets
• Animal traps designed to cause harm or suffering

5. Adult Content & Services

• Pornographic material, obscene items, or explicit sexual content
• Prostitution, escort services, or adult entertainment services
• Used intimate apparel or hygiene products

6. Hate Speech, Violence, and Exploitation

• Items promoting hate speech, racism, or discrimination
• Content encouraging violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Exploitative materials, including child exploitation, revenge porn, or non-consensual intimate content

7. Fraudulent or Misleading Items

• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing scams
• Fake reviews, engagement services, or social media manipulation tools
• False advertising or deceptive business practices

8. Restricted Financial Items & Services

• Cryptocurrency sales, exchanges, or mining equipment (unless explicitly allowed)
• Unlicensed financial services, loans, or investment schemes
• Gambling services, lottery tickets, or betting-related items

9. Alcohol, Tobacco, & Other Substances

• Alcohol (including beer, wine, spirits, and liquor-infused products)
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, or related products
• Recreational marijuana, cannabis seeds, or CBD products where prohibited by law

10. Food & Beverage (Fully Prohibited)

All food and beverage items are strictly prohibited on our marketplace, including but not limited to:

• Packaged, homemade, or perishable food products
• Expired, tampered, or improperly stored food items
• Raw or cooked meat, seafood, or dairy products
• Beverages, including alcohol, energy drinks, and soft drinks
• Infant formula, baby food, or dietary supplements
• Any consumable product, regardless of packaging or shelf stability

11. Miscellaneous Prohibited Items

• Locksmithing tools, hacking devices, or surveillance equipment used for illegal activities
• Fake academic degrees, diplomas, or certificates
• Any item explicitly banned by local, national, or international regulations

Violation of these policies may result in immediate action, including the removal of listings, account suspension, or reporting to authorities.
